Whether you are concerned about the longevity of your fence, gate, or other outdoor installation, you may have questions about what is covered and for how long. The team at Fence Builders USA, LLC is ready to provide clear answers and guidance regarding our warranty coverage, so you can have confidence in every project.

Labor

We confidently stand behind our services by including a standard warranty on all new fence installations. The customer is not required to register their fence with us in order to be eligible for any warranty.

Our standard warranty covers defects in workmanship for one year after installation, including gate closures and locking mechanisms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of god, weather, incidental damage by humans or pets, impacts, or other conditions beyond our control.

Any warranty is voided if any structural changes or alterations are made to the fence after install.

Aluminum-

Non-transferable limited lifetime warranty that warrants against peeling, flaking, corrosion, rust, or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage.

Chainlink-

The product line is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for one year from date of installation.

Vinyl-

Non-transferable limited lifetime warranty that warrants against peeling, flaking, corrosion, rust, or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage.

Wood-

Wood products are not covered under any manufacture warranty.
